This site is operated for MYLES (the artist) by the O'Grady family. We take privacy seriously and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

If you contact us by email at bookings@mylesofficial.com, the email and any information you include is received and read by the O'Grady family. We do not run analytics that identify you personally. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individuals.

What we do with it

We use the information you send only to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep email correspondence for as long as it is reasonably useful for the relationship — for industry contacts, that may be the duration of an active working relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your records at any time.

Children's privacy

MYLES is a minor under Australian law. Communications addressed to him are managed by the O'Grady family until he is of age and chooses otherwise. We do not collect, store, or publish identifying information about minors who contact us — if a minor sends us an email, we will respond only via the email address provided and will not retain personal details beyond what is necessary.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing bookings@mylesofficial.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, you can contact us first at the address above. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
